6. What made you interested in applying for staff on NVN? - This is like the only server I play on and ive been with NVN for a while so I would to help out any way a can.
7. What can you tell us about yourself? - Id say im pretty chill and like to help people a lot if they need it. Im currently going to school but it's almost summer so Ill be able to play on the server more.
8. Previous staff experience - I do not have any staff experience with mod or admin, ive only ever been a gamemaster.
9a. Explain what RDM is - Random Death Match. It's when someone kills another person randomly without reason.
9b. Explain what Metagaming is - It's like giving someone infomation as a third party. Say there is a event and the event character is hiding where nobody knows. If someone teleports to that character and tells people where they are that's metagaming.
9c. Explain what a minge is - A minge is basically someone who does not follow the rules of the server and doesn't listen to what staff tells them. They usually keep breaking these rules multiple times.
9d. Explain what FailRP is - FailRP is when the people are not in character. For example if someone is invisible in game but it still shows their name above them, they can't point the invisible person out or else it's FailRP.
10. How would you impact our community? Im very active on this server so Ill be able to help when maybe no admins are on. I personally don't like when people minge during up time, it just takes the fun out of the RP so ill be quick to enforce the rules on them when needed. I know the rules of the server quite well and can enforce them onto and people minging or not following the server rules. I may not be much help now but when the player base grows and other admins and mods are busy ill be able to help out with all the duties. Most of all I will not be abusive of the power I might be given because that may ruin all the fun to the player and that's the one thing I don't want happening.
11a. Give three examples of ULX commands - !cloak, !noclip, !slay
11b. How well can you perform under pressure? [1-10] - 7
11c. How patient are you? [1-10] - 8.5
12a. A player is accused of RDM. What do you do? - I would first check logs to see if it's true. Then ask why they were RMDing. If they give a viable excuse then I may let him go depending on what he says but otherwise I would warn them and if it keeps happening give them a kick/ban.
12b. A player is minging. What do you do? - I would pull them out of the way so they would stop what they were doing and ask why. There is no excuse to minging but if it's something minor I would give a warning , but if the minging is bad then I would ban them for a good time depending on how bad it was.
12c. A player is cheating. What do you do? - If a player was cheating I would first kick them to stop them from cheating then report to my superiors to ask what to do with them. If it is blatent and cheating that would ruin fun for other players it might result in a perm ban.
12d. A player is mic spamming. What do you do? - I would first give them a warning and tell them not to do it. If they keep going then I would mute them for about an hour. Depending on if they keep mic spamming I might perm mute them. If the then turn to chat spamming and shows no sign of stopping then I will ban them for a few days.
12e. A player is spamming chat. What do you do? - Same with mic spamming I would give them a warning first. If it keeps going then chat mute them. If they turn to mic spamming then I would ban them for a few days.
13. Do you have any VAC or Game ban(s) on record? - No.
14. Anything else you'd like to tell us? Like I said earlier I go to school so I won't be able to get on 24/7 but after school im mostly free so I will be on the server. And summer coming up I will be on for most of the day.
