Time in server: 12 Minutes (as of beginning writing this) 40 (as of finishing this)
Position you're applying for: 212th Commander Cody
Past experience: Lead Attack Battalions in the past, as well as other Battalions, on smaller servers (5-20 players) Have led regiments on CWRP/ImperialRP and other gamemodes.
Pros: Active most of the week, Has prior experience, pretty chill easy to be with/talk to, Can get serious/strict when needed, Don't mind taking command and giving out orders to people. Likes to keep things nice and organized.
Cons: Can get stressed somewhat easily (nothing bad), hesitant to act/do certain things when something is unclear, bad tendencies to overwork/overdo certain things, not afraid to speak my mind (sometimes this causes more harm than good), haven't lead in a while (2 months) so I'm somewhat rusty.
One full paragraph why you want this position: I want this position because I love leading and helping smaller servers grow to a stable and active player base. A lot of people love the 212th and are gonna want to join, so having a commander, or an officer, in the battalion would go along way in keeping the battalion in order. I also love playing in Frontline Assault Battalions as I love being close to the action and helping other clear buildings or being close to the front of the line. With my enjoyment for Assault Battalions and my love/experience for leading I believe I'd be a good fit for the Cody position or at the very least, a temporary officer until a better candidate is found.

[*]On ship you see two troopers having a fight, they both exchange words then attack each other. How would you attempt to resolve the fight between them and punish them accordingly?
Assuming the attacks are shooting each other, I would contact staff immediately, as at this point it's just RDM, and they're most likely not gonna listen to reason. If the attacks are just harassment/verbal abuse, I would tell them that they need to just seperate and calm down, and to keep any unneeded drama in DMs. If they refuse to listen after multiple attempts, I would contact Shock or Staff to resolve this issue, as these players most likely would no longer care about RP, and thus wouldn't listen to me. If however one of the troopers were in the 212th, I would tell them to drop whatever drama is their are face a demotion/removal from the 212th.

[*] During a mission you and your troop come across an enemy squad patrolling the area, half of your troop wants to ambush the enemy but the other half wants to report to command and await orders. What would you do and why?
Upon hearing that we found an enemy patrol, I would force my men to seek cover. This is to avoid casualities, assuming the enemies notice us, and to also reduce visability. Next I would contact high command and report our findings. Next I would get the men ready to attack, however I wouldnt give the command as I'm still waiting for High Command's orders. While we're waiting for confirmation to engage, I'd have men watch the patrol closely to see what they're doing, where they're moving, or if they might get reinforcements.

[*]In case of an emergency that risks the lives of personal, who is the most important to protect? Naval personnel, Clone personnel, or Jedi?
I believe the most important to protect in a emergency would be Naval Personnel. They're the ones who keep the Venator afloat, and thus, keep the rest of us from crashing into a nearby/faroff object. The Jedi have Lightsabers and can use the force to protect themselves in case of emergency. Both are extremely important and hard to replace, but considering the life of Naval can affect everyone on board and lead to higher loss of life, I'm gonna pick the Naval Personnel,
Important Information: Becoming a commander is a serious role, you are expected to host tryouts to build your regiment and train them well. Commanders are the role models among the troops, if you have a bad image among the ship or fail to meet the expectations of a basic commander you may be removed from the position and demoted. As a commander you will need to follow the ship rules and make rules for your regiment, if you are found breaking the rules you will be given a serious punishment, that being demotion, promotion suspension, removal of position etc. Commanders are expected to be competent and wise, they give advice among the troops while leading them into battle, if you can’t be competent to even lead troops you are not worthy to enter the chain of command. Expectations:
